Counseling for chronic illness, grief, and interracial relationships in Longmont, CO and Portland, OR.
Whether you’re frustrated with your chronic health conditions, devastated by a recent loss, or worried about whether you and your partner can overcome your challenges, I’m here to help.
I work with individuals and couples around concerns related to chronic illness, grief, and interracial relationships. I believe that facing discomfort—and learning how to be in conversation with it—helps to create a roadmap for how to create realistic change in your life.
How I Work
When you work with me, you’re signing up for a therapist who is active and dynamic. I combine Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (aka Parts Work) to help you dive deep into the root of your discomfort and to get relief.
I support people of all races, genders, sexualities, professions, relationship structures, family structures, and abilities. Sometimes people seek me out because I share an aspect of their identity, and other times they seek me out because aspects of my identity are different from their own.
