I see clients at two levels of frequency.
Option 1: Weekly therapy
We meet on the same day and at same time each week. You can expect me to take at least 6 weeks throughout the calendar year, so you will have breaks from our sessions when that occurs.
Many clients work with me on a long-term basis ranging from 9 months to multiple years.
Option 2: Brainspotting Intensive
This is a brief form of therapy. We will meet over the course of about a month. This includes one intake session, one three-hour brainspotting intensive, and one follow up appointment.
Some people prefer to do a Brainspotting intensive on a one-time basis, and others like to do them bi-annually or quarterly. -
For Weekly Therapy Clients
You are given 2 free cancellations to use per calendar year. I also take 6-8 weeks off throughout each year and we will not meet during those weeks. To use a free cancellation, you’ll need to notify me at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
I’m also happy to explore options for rescheduling an appointment.
If we’re not able to find a time to reschedule the appointment, your free cancellations have been used, you cancel late, or if you don’t show up for the appointment, you’ll be responsible for paying the session fee. -

Hi! I’m Halle, your Holistic Anxiety Therapist.
I know what your days are like: head filled with disasters that haven’t happened, heart beating out your chest, and crying between work calls — no one even knows because you look “put together” on the outside.
Quit suffering in silence and let me help you ditch anxiety.
People who get the most out of working with me tend to be:
Curious about non-traditional therapy methods
Motivated to experiment with techniques between sessions
Prepared to go deep into the roots of their anxiety so they can experience long-term relief.
