I don’t accept insurance and am considered an out of network provider with insurance companies.
If you have a PPO plan with out of network benefits, I can provide you with a Superbill (aka an itemized receipt) to submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement.
*To provide a superbill, I’ll have to add a diagnosis to your health record. I’ll walk you through my process for diagnosing so you’re not left in the dark. -
My practice hours are Wed-Fri 9am-2pm MST.
If you sign up for weekly therapy, we’ll meet at the same time every week.
If you sign up for an intensive, we’ll meet 2-3 times, over the span of 2-3 weeks, depending on how your intensive is scheduled.
All therapy services are provided virtually through SimplePractice’s video platform.
You must be located in either Colorado or Oregon during our sessions due to state laws. -
Weekly therapy sessions offered on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am-1pm MST.
Therapy Intensives are offered on and Fridays from 9am-1pm MST. -
For Weekly Therapy Clients
I have a Limited Cancellation Policy. All clients are given 4 free cancellations per calendar year. To use a cancellation, you’ll need to notify me at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
I always encourage you to ask about your options for rescheduling.
If you use your 4 free cancellations, cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled session, or don’t show up to a scheduled session, you’ll be charged the full session fee.
You can expect me to take 6-8 weeks off throughout the year as well and you will not be charged during the weeks I am out of the office.
For Intensive Clients
You’ll need to notify me at least 7 calendar days before your intensive if you need to cancel.
While your deposit is nonrefundable, you are always welcome to explore options for rescheduling your intensive if you simply need a new set of dates. -
Most clients meet with me weekly for Anxiety Therapy for about 4-12 months.
Some people find after 12 months that they enjoy having a dedicated space for support and continue working with me.
If you prefer to work more quickly or for a shorter amount of time, I recommend a Brainspotting Intensive.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you agree to a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate under The No Surprises Act, visit: www.cms.gov/nosurprises

I’m a queer, biracial, multiethnic (Creole, African-American, and Slavic), chronically ill, autistic human who knows how many barriers you can run into when engaging with the world of therapy.
Between my own lived experience, dedication to my own healing work, and continued education, I’m always finding new ways to ensure my work centers decolonized, anti-oppressive practices.
This means I won’t pathologize you, won’t diagnose you with your consent and collaboration, and will connect you with tools and resources that prioritize and amplify your autonomy and safety. -
100%. The western model of therapy is known for bringing grave harm to people of color, queer folks, disabled folks, and other people who are pushed to the margins of society.
It’s part of why I don’t practice from a western lens and regularly discuss how political structures inform the experiences of anxiety that people are having.
