A therapy intensive is an extended therapy session that lets you experience faster symptom relief and healing.
By taking out the weekly wait between sessions and spending a longer, uninterrupted stretch of time together, we can quickly reduce the intensity of your symptoms and free you from living in the past 24/7.
Here’s how it works:

A 50 minute session where we talk about your goals for the intensive. This lets us create a game plan for your actual intensive.

A 3-hour therapy session where we process what’s been ailing you through therapy techniques designed to help you process without getting totally overwhelmed.

This takes place 1-2 weeks after your intensive. We’ll reflect on what’s changed and how to continue the work you’ve accomplished.

Whether you’ve been avoiding therapy or you’ve been desperate for some support, three hours is a long time.
We’ll use a technique called Brainspotting that will allow you to get relief without having to rehash all the big details for the thousandth time, and taking breaks as we need to, the time honestly flies by.

Your Investment:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your intensive dates. The remaining payment is due on the day of your intensive.
For a quick comparison:
A standard 50 minute therapy session is $225 and an intensive packs roughly 2-3 months of therapy into a 5 hour package. 4 weekly sessions for 3 months is $2,700 versus $1,550 for your intensive.
