What are your rates?

Individual or Relationship 50-minute session — $160
Payment is due at the time of your session. I accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

Reduced fee spots are currently closed.

Do you take my insurance?

I do not accept any insurance plans. People who work with me are considered self-pay clients and are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges under the No Surprises Act.

When are you available?

12pm-2pm (PST) / 1pm-3pm (MST) on Wednesday

8am-1pm (PST) / 9am-2pm (MST) on Thursday & Friday

Please be aware that I am not able to offer sessions outside of my posted hours.
​I meet with clients either weekly or every other week. We will meet on the same day and same time. If a change comes up in your schedule and you need a new appointment time, I will do my best to accommodate you. ​

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If I receive less notice than that, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.

Can I work with you if I don't live in Oregon or Colorado?

Per state laws, I am only able to offer services to clients who are currently located in either Oregon or Colorado. When searching for a therapist, be sure to search for someone who is licensed to practice in the state you live in.
